Byeong Gi Lee is a professor of electronics engineering at Seoul National University, Korea. He earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Dr. Lee has worked for Granger Associates (DSC Communications) and AT&T Bell Laboratories. Minho Kang is an executive vice president in charge of overseas business groups at Korea Telecom, Korea. He earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He has worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories and the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI). Jonghee Lee received his Ph.D. in systems engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He is president and founder of MODACOM Co., a telecommunications consulting and system integration firm. Dr. Lee has worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories and Bellcore.
