Joel Eli McIver is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications. He has worked in television production, in an art gallery, education and in the legal field.
His life long dream has been to write a great novel that moves people. His debut novel: What Is Forever?, has been regarded by readers and critics alike as that and much more.
Joel Eli McIver is currently working on his second book Dancing With My Shadow. It is expected to be released in early 2004. He lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with his wife and three children.
