About the Author:
Sandi Morais was born in Kingston, Jamaica and migrated to Miami, Florida in 1982. She is a graduate from Florida International University and she is a certified fitness instructor. Sandi has taught aerobics for over twenty years. She has hosted and Co-produced Sandi's Workout and Reggae Muffin for WLRN Cable Tap television. Sandi fitness videos has been featured in Essence, Upscale and Sister 2 Sister magazines. She has also been a guest on WLRN channel 17, NBC 6 South Florida Today and New York City TV profiles with Micky Burns.
