Book Description Softcover. Condition: Very Good. Various (illustrator). First Edition. List of maps, preface by author, notes, acknowledgements, image credits and index. At the beginning of the text there are 10 pages of maps; throughout the text there are small black-and-white photographs, and, between pages 172 and 173 there are 12 pages of majority coloured photographs. Photographic paperback binding blue and white coloured titles to the front panel and back strip. Title says it all. Some creasing of the book corners with rubbing of the book edges and panels stop reading creases to the back strip and there are some handling marks to the panels. The date  April 2023 with a's :-) has been placed to the top left hand corner of the half title page. Full number line.
