Love is the most powerful force that has ever moved humanity. It sparks the noblest of sentiments and awakens the soul. Out of love, we transform loss into growth and pain into forgiveness; out of love we repair our broken wounds and seek spiritual transcendence. Love Above All Things is a testimony of personal evolution and perseverance, joining two stories that celebrate the power of love. Shannon, the subject of one of these, is a modern Australian woman who confronts numerous obstacles that shake her to the core, yet thanks to a book she is given in childhood she discovers the inspiring example of young Prince Iko. Together with seven brave friends and guided by a black diamond that symbolizes the wisdom of consciousness, he founds the city of Atlantis, a kingdom of hope and wonder. The story of the magical diamond and the life of Shannon will eventually unite, bringing this intrepid and passionate young woman to a profound spiritual awakening. In this book, Isha shares the loves and losses of her own life, mixing fact with fiction in a semi autobiographical account of a woman who overcomes abandonment and despair to finally embrace freedom and joy within the magical nature of love.
