His narrative is weaved around his own first-hand experiences leavened with numerous humourous anecdotes and supported by numerous quotes and memories from players, management, Chairmen and supporters. Flight of the Throstles, originally an e-book, had its first print edition in 2014. This updated version includes additional material and – for the first time - a variety of images of which some have never previously been published.
