A sought-after speaker, author, and business consultant, Blanchard is one of the most insightful and influential leaders in business today. Bill Hybels is senior pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois - a congregation that has grown to more than 16,000 under his effective leadership. In the parable, a younger executive is guided by an enlightened management professor to incorporate Christian principles into his management style and his life.
