It’s common knowledge that fairies (woodland spirits, elves, etc.) live all around us, especially in gardens, forests, streams, ponds, oceans, and rocks...even deserts. But there’s a lot here that may be new to fairy fans. I, for one, was unaware that German fairies keep dragons as pets. The Sicilian Folletti ride grasshoppers in a game similar to polo.
