Bass's belief that color can change people's lives has created a wide following in this country and abroad. Bass gives art and design workshops at schools and in her studio. She works with architects and their clients to create fresh new spaces with nostalgic charm. Bass is also the author of Maine Living and The Cottage Book. Dennis Welsh uses photography as a vehicle to promote the simpler, quieter aspects of life. Whether it's a shot of a climber on a sheer rock face three hundred feet off the ground, or a subtle still life in a coastal Maine cottage, Dennis has the vision to distill the image down to its quietest core. A commercial photographer for nearly twenty years, his artistic use of the light and color has earned him numerous advertising and photography awards and has garnered him a variety of national clients. Dennis lives in Yarmouth, Maine, with his wife, Anne, and their two children, Grady and Audrey.
