They are sent to infiltrate a boarding school in Switzerland, hoping to uncover ties to a witch-terrorist organization. They get more than they bargain for when they find out about a dangerous new operation that can remove a witch's fae (power). Fans of the first book will enjoy further insights into Lucas's and Glory's personalities, though many of the other characters are a bit one-dimensional.
