About the Author:
MICHELLE POWELL has been working in the craft industry for the last 20 years and has worked on numerous craft books and projects. She has also taught crafting, held workshops and edited five different craft magazines. Michelle lives in Gloucestershire with her husband and her very glittery, often paint and glue splattered, 4 year old daughter. When not crafting she enjoys baking, scuba diving and holidays!
Review:
'I tend to use websites for creative ideas rather than books these days, but the step-by-step instructions and clear pictures are easy to follow and would suit young crafters perhaps choosing their own tasks and wishing to learn new skills.' English 4-11 'An attractive, colourful book... Recommended for school libraries, parents and teachers and for any creative child.' - CBI Children's Book Festival 'The cover of this book immediately draws you in as it shows some really lovely pieces of papercraft - I really wanted to be able to make them! ... They are all unusual and yet use readily available materials so are good for school or home use.' - 20th October - Parents in Touch
